Acute Illness Visit

This is typically a shorter visit focused on a specific health problem currently being experienced. It includes an examination specific to the indicated problem, and a prescription appropriate to resolve the situation. Examples include colds, flu, sore throats, injuries, etc.

Longstanding or developmental issues should be addressed in either the Comprehensive New Patient Exam or Natural Family Medicine visits.
